Michael Psihogios – Associate

Prior to joining Pala Investments AG, Michael was an Analyst at National Bank Financial in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in Toronto, Canada.

In this capacity, Michael worked on a number of advisory transactions with a focus on the mining and metals industry, including Sherritt's acquisition of Dynatec (2007), Yamana Gold's acquisition of Viceroy Exploration (2006), and Aurizon's successful hostile defense against Northgate Minerals (2006). Michael also worked on the advisory side during Pala Investments' acquisition of Norcast (2007).

Michael received his Honours Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University
